At The Crystal Garden, we care deeply about your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made products
Please contact us before returning your item at hello@crystalgardenllc.com so we can guide you through the process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or in-transit damage (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll happily replace it. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We carefully pack every order, but if your package arrives damaged or goes missing:
Notify us within 5 days of expected delivery.
Include your order number and any photos that help us assess the situation.
We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to make it right.
