Return & Refund Policy
At The Crystal Garden, we take great care in crafting and packaging our products. Due to the natural qualities and handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or compromised in transit, weβre here to help. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to appear.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package does not arrive or appears lost:
Contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
Include your order number and any relevant information.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and do our best to make it right.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Because of the natural characteristics and personal-use nature of our goods, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
Any non-damaged item
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made products
