All orders should be processed within 1-2 business days. Once the packages have left are facility, we have no control over delivery time. Packages should arrive within 7-14 business days; however, depending on location, weather, carrier, and holiday season, these times may vary. Please see our Shipping and Return Policies for more information.

Sadly, all good things must come to an end, and yes, our products do expire. We use all-natural and plant-based ingredients without any preservatives, chemicals, or synthetics. All our products are made in small, fresh batches right before shipping and should last 3-6 months, depending on how the product is stored. Bonus tip, aloe creams, body butters, and bug sprays can be stored in the fridge for longer shelf life. If smell becomes off or sour discard.

All our carrier oils, waxes, and essential oils have been diligently researched and purposefully selected before being ordered to be 100% certified organic and ethically harvested. Having a certified Aromatherapist on staff, we are able to read and request the needed documents to ensure no synthetics, alterations, or chemicals have been added before ordering. All blends at The Crystal Garden are all-natural, plant-based and synthetic free.
